Delivery

Thursday delivery
Orders made before 12.00am (midnight) on a Sunday, are delivered before 7.00pm on a Thursday. Orders received after 12.00am (midnight) on a Sunday will be delivered on a Thursday the following week*.

Although we cannot give a specific time of delivery, we can leave your parcel in an alternative SECURE location e.g "Leave in Porch". Without this instruction with your order, we are unable to leave your parcel in the event that nobody is available to sign for it. In this instance a card will be left at the delivery address to advise that delivery was attempted. It should be mentioned that it is best to ensure that someone is available to sign for the parcel.  If the courier does not consider that the location is not secure, the parcel will NOT be left.

Delivery costs
Delivery costs are £10.00 for the first 10kg and 85p per kilo thereafter to a maximum of £22.75 (25 Kilo).

Orders solely for single copies of Jimmy's book "On the Farm", T shirts and aprons will be charged at £5.00. 

How we ensure maximum freshness
All our goods are securely packed and delivered inside reusable insulated ice packed boxes to ensure maximum freshness. Our meat is vacuum packed, except our sausages, which are overwrapped. The packing ensures that the quality of the meat is maintained whether the meat is consumed fresh or frozen for future use**.

Terms and Conditions
*Whilst our courier will endeavour to get your parcel to you on time, occasionally unforeseen circumstances mean that this is not always possible. Should your parcel not arrive within this timescale, let us know immediately and we can 'Track & Trace' your parcel and inform you of its estimated delivery time. 

**If for any reason our products do not reach you in good condition, please notify us immediately so that we can arrange replacement or refund.
