A combination of the famous St Peters beer and our rare breed pork, we have created a real beer sausage.
Dark, medieval almost. We add the malted hops from St Peters' Brewery in Suffolk then moisten them with their organic ale. Great cold and sliced served almost like tapas with a nice glass of red wine. |
